The people making clockworX tick

The clockworX team is led by chartered accountants, so we understand both the accounting and bookkeeping world – but that’s not all.

We are a global team, highly experienced in both our industry and businesses just like yours.

We take pride in our onboarding programme and provide our clients with a dedicated Onboarding Manager who is there every step of the way, from the initial onboarding meeting, through to well after the go-live date.

Our dedicated, New Zealand trained processing team is based in Manila – making sure your business needs are always ticking along nicely.

Once onboard with us, we match each of our clients with a Client Relationship Manager who is only a call away to provide support in day to day matters and oversee month end reporting.

Angela Fisher (CA)clockworX Co-founder and Director

Before starting clockworX, I worked in business advisory for over 20 years as well as providing virtual CFO services to the market.

I have a passion for cloud-based solutions, in particular Xero and its ecosystem. I enjoy seeing the efficiencies achieved and improved performance that monitoring these solutions bring to businesses.

When I’m not busy working on the business and looking after our clients, I like getting out and about in our local community finding ways to give back and spending time with my children.

Paul McCormick (BMS, CA)clockworX Co-founder and Director

My role within the business is at a strategic level. I am also involved in sales and marketing activities. My background is in business advisory, having spent 32 years at Grant Thornton Chartered Accountants.

I have extensive franchise experience and have assisted many franchise systems across most industries over the years.

Away from work, I enjoy travel and a good wine.

Nicole RansonOnboarding Manager

I am the Client Onboarding Manager for clockworX, I also manage client and staff training needs within the business.

I take great pleasure in bringing new and improved solutions to clients to improve their back-office efficiencies. Coaching and training people are what I love, which ensures everyone knows how to use the systems and processes we have in place.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family and beloved dog. I love travelling and enjoying the great outdoors.

Natalie GamblingClient Relationship Manager

I enjoy my role as Client Relationship Manager as I love building relationships with my clients and helping them to make their lives easier.

I have been a Xero advisor for over 5 years now, I absolutely love the product and enjoy seeing my client’s happiness to see their business being so easily run by the software.

In my spare time, I enjoy travelling and weekends away as well as meeting new people.

Joylyn PasiganAccounts Manager

As accounts manager, my role is to oversee the Manila-based processing team, ensuring quality control and the efficient delivery of our services.

Prior to clockworX, I worked for an Australian group of companies as an Accounts Manager leading the accounts team, based in Adelaide.

Outside of work, I enjoy going out with my family at the mall on the weekend and playing with my toddlers at night time.

Queenee ReyesOnboarding Specialist

I have been with clockworX since 2016. My role is to manage the onboarding and transition phases for our clients – to ensure they run smoothly.

I am passionate about automation and are always on the lookout to build efficiency into our clients’ processes.

Prior to clockworX, I worked for another NZ based accounting firm, based in Auckland.
