ClockworX Limited : Book & Win Competition Terms and Conditions.
This competition is open exclusively to attendees of THE GAP Reunion 2025 Conference. Entry is valid for individual Business Advisors and CAs who book and complete a ClockworX Discovery Call during the promotion period. Bookings must be made at the conference or by 30 September 2025, and Discovery Calls must be completed by 31 October 2025. Only one entry per individual Business Advisor / Chartered Accountant is permitted. Multiple entries are allowed from the same practice, provided each entry is made by a different BA / CA. Entries are only valid where the Discovery Call is specifically booked by the BA / CA themselves. One (1) winner will receive a Visa Prezzy Card valued at $1,000 NZD. The winner will be drawn at random and announced by 7th November 2025. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. By entering, participants agree to share their contact details with ClockworX for this competition and future communications. ClockworX will use your name and/or business name for promotional purposes, including but not limited to emails, our website, and social media. ClockworX reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value if necessary. ClockworX also reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
ClockworX Limited : First Month Free Offer Terms.
Eligibility & Offer Period: This offer is available exclusively to Business Advisors & Chartered Accountants (BAs / CAs) who attend THE GAP Reunion Conference 2025 and applies only to the first client they refer to ClockworX. Referrals must be made on or before 31 March 2026 to qualify. Offer Details: If the referred client signs an engagement agreement with ClockworX, their first month’s bookkeeping fee will be waived up to a maximum value of $2,000 NZD (excluding GST). If the monthly fee exceeds $2,000, a discount of $2,000 will be applied to the first invoice, and the client will be invoiced for the remaining balance. This offer applies to ongoing bookkeeping services only and excludes project-based work, software subscriptions, and third-party disbursements. Referral Process: Referrals must be clearly attributed to the referring BA / CA at the time of initial enquiry and documented in writing. Only one referred client per eligible BA / CA will be accepted under this offer. Limitations & Conditions: The referred client must be a new customer to ClockworX and not previously engaged with our services. This offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other promotion. It applies solely to the first month of standard bookkeeping services commencing from the agreed start date. General: ClockworX reserves the right to verify eligibility and may modify, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases of capacity constraints or suspected misuse. By participating in this promotion, both the referring CA and referred client agree to these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be handled at the sole discretion of ClockworX.
